In the (ESD) Energy end-use and Energy services directive members of the European Parliament and the respective 27 member states National Parliaments founded the "Energy Efficiency Watch Initiative" for dedication to and unified approach of promoting energy efficiency, conservation, and the production of energy from renewable sources.
