Solar Energy - Darden's LEED Gold Certified Restaurant Support Center

Since our LEED gold-certified Restaurant Support Center (RSC) opened in September 2009, we are using 31 percent less energy per square foot compared to our former corporate headquarters. We also operate a 1.1 megawatt solar energy installation on our campus, which is expected to supply 18 percent of our RSC's annual energy needs. About Darden Restaurants, Inc.
