Round flask, as lab round bottom flask, or even fish bol, when fill with water or other liquid create what is call in optic a spherical diopter. The diopter as a focal point were all the ligth received is concentrated in a very small surface on the opposite side. This is of course usefull for concentrating the ligth from sun as seen in the video. But it should be kept in mind that is also a danger. If it is occured spontaneously, without control or suppervision, it can start a fire.
