Solar Power - Solar cogeneration: a more efficient form of solar power

DOWNLOAD HERE: newsdirect.nma.com.tw Solar cogeneration combines a photovoltaic and thermal module to provide electricity and hot water. Traditional PV systems convert about 15 percent of solar energy into electricity, with the remaining energy wasted. Solar cogeneration captures up to 75 percent, converting the waste heat into hot water. It can yield five times the energy of traditional PV systems. Sources: Solar Novus Today, GIGAOM
