For many communities in the US lately, economic fortunes have been ebbing more than flowing. In the coastal town of Eastport in the state of Maine, however, an alternative energy project could bring better tidings. The project aims at capturing the power of the sea to light the shore. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from Eastport.
