This economy will be initially based around base load space-based solar power or extra or outer terrestrial data storage Based on our analysis of revenues that can be generated from these activities and the cost savings that they bring ...to terrestrial exploitation, ...we believe that everything can be privately funded here on Earth. What that means is that there is no need for any government funding to get this started. The great benefit of this program is that they create immediate employment for hundreds and eventually thousands of engineers.
