March 1 (Bloomberg) -- Balwinder Samra, chief executive officer of Balqon Corp., talks about the company's order for 300 electric-drive systems for city buses from China-based Winston Global Energy and the outlook for electric-powered vehicles as mainstream transportation. Balqon is a developer and manufacturer of heavy-duty electric vehicles, lithium batteries and electric-drive systems. Samra speaks with Pimm Fox on Bloomberg Television's "Taking Stock."
