March 2 (Bloomberg) -- Philip Cox, chief executive officer of International Power Plc, discusses the outlook for growth in emerging markets after the UK-based utility controlled by GDF Suez SA said 2010 operating profit fell less than expected on declining power sales in Britain and North America. Cox talks with Francine Lacqua on Bloomberg Television's "On The Move."
