Solar Concentrator - A water solar concentrator on solar cells. Use River or sea water

This design use water as magnify len to concentrate sunlight on solar cells. Also the water converging lens is made as rectangle shape (a water tube). No sunlight stracker is needed. Cheap to make. and it is able to increase solar cells power output almost no limite (depending on your design). Large size of river or sea water can be used to make the concentor, that is a cheapest way to increase solar cells' output.
