Solar power is rising up and replacing toxic utilities. An invisible army of homeowners is busy everyday installing solar panels on every roof from Germany to India to California to Cuba to China. Some are installing solar to break the power of rising energy costs. They want to live free from the blood sucking 1%. Others are installing solar to create a mass base of solar farmers, for solar farmers, who are simultaneously writing a new Feed-In Tariff law, ( FITs ), to require PG&E to pay them three times the going market rate for solar energy they feed into the grid. As is now done in Germany & China. This makes investing in solar energy possible where ever such laws are enacted. California will soon have a new FITs law requiring PG&E to pay 3X the market rate to homeowners who harvets solar & put it on the grid. This FITs requires PG&E to resell the solar power, but guarantees a price for small solar farmers. This allows solar farmers to recover their costs of buying solar. US has 48 PV projects of 100 mw developing, + a 5000 mw project in the San Joaquin Valley = output of 5 largest nuclear power plants. China believes that printing solar cells is like printing money, since a panel lasts 40 years. Plus it is a free source of power that does not pollute. Nuclear power is dying. Solar power is being born. Oil power is drying up. Dirty coal power is being left in the ground as more and more solar green energy is being made and used by people right were the sol energy is <b>...</b>
