Once the customer has narrowed down their color selection they contact the material manufacturer directly and request 2x2 inch samples of the actual material. The cost of the CD is refundable upon placing your order and carries a money back guarantee if the customer decides not to order the kit.
Once the quote has been accepted, SSK sends a revolutionary flexible patterning system “Template-In-A-Can” to the customer. The customer then completes the simple step-by-step instructions to create a pattern of the existing countertops that communicates a specific shape of the kitchen dimensions including angles of intersecting corners to SSK. The “Template-In-A-Can” is returned to SSK where it is checked prior to fabrication. The order is then finalized, paid for, fabricated, boxed and shipped to the customer. The typical turn around time is 3-4 weeks after receiving the “Template in a Can”.
